Maggie Isaac is a Member of the Firm whose practice focuses on commercial real estate, commercial real estate finance, and hospitality-related transactions. She represents institutional lenders, private equity groups, hospitality management companies, developers, investors, and business owners in a wide range of real estate and financing matters throughout New Jersey and New York.
Maggie concentrates her practice on hospitality, commercial real estate and commercial real estate/asset-based financing.
She advises lenders and borrowers in connection with acquisition, SBA, and other permanent financing transactions. She regularly represents institutional lenders and private capital sources in the structuring, negotiation, documentation, and closing of complex financing arrangements across a variety of asset classes.
In addition, Maggie represents hospitality management companies and hotel owners on operational, management, and transactional matters, providing practical counsel on issues affecting the day-to-day operation and long-term success of hospitality assets. Her experience includes advising clients on management agreements, operational matters, financing transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and related real estate matters.
Known for her responsive and business-oriented approach, Maggie works closely with clients to efficiently navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic objectives.
