Toral Parekh is a Member of the Firm whose practice focuses on commercial real estate, hospitality, business finance, leasing, construction, and corporate transactions. She regularly advises clients on complex real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, construction matters, and sophisticated financing transactions, including CMBS, mezzanine, bridge, securitized, asset-based, SBA, and conventional commercial lending.
Toral also serves as outside counsel to private lenders, financial institutions, hotel owners, developers, franchisees, and business owners throughout the United States. Her experience includes representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, and owners and operators in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, management agreements, franchise matters, and corporate structuring.
A significant portion of Toral’s practice is dedicated to the hospitality industry, including hotels and quick-service restaurants (QSRs). She represents owners and operators of branded and independent hotels, as well as franchisees of nationally recognized restaurant concepts, in transactions ranging from single-asset acquisitions to multi-state portfolio financings. Toral also represents leading QSR franchisee groups throughout the Northeast, advising clients with locations across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Delaware on acquisitions, financing, leasing, development, franchising, and operational matters.
In addition, Toral has extensive experience representing owners, operators, investors, and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of hospitality assets. Her hospitality practice includes hotel purchase and sale transactions, franchise and management agreements, preferred equity investments, SBA and conventional hotel financing, and complex ownership and operational structures.
Known for her practical, business-oriented approach, Toral works closely with clients to structure transactions efficiently, manage risk, and achieve their strategic objectives. She has represented clients in transactions throughout the United States.
