Toral Parekh is a member of the firm and focuses her practice on commercial real estate (ranging from local small businesses to urban area hotels), construction and business financing including CMBS, mezzanine and securitized financing (representative transactions include loans up to $215,000,000.00), lending (providing outside legal counsel to private lenders offering mezzanine and bridge financing lenders and financial institutions offering asset-based, SBA and commercial loans), leasing (representation of major shopping centers, anchor tenants and small business tenants) and corporate law.
She has represented clients in transactions throughout the United States.
Toral is also a pro-bono attorney for Legal Services of New Jersey representing the indigent in family law matters (domestic violence, dissolution and support).
